JFB–XTEND Merger Puts Israeli Defense Robotics on Wall Street
Israeli defense tech firm XTEND merges with JFB Construction for $1.5 billion, creating Nasdaq-listed XTEND AI Robotics focused on AI-driven autonomous defense.
Jerusalem, 18 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — JFB Construction Holdings has announced a $1.5 billion all-stock merger with XTEND, an Israeli-founded defense technology company, creating a Nasdaq-listed firm focused on AI-driven autonomous defense robotics. The combined company, to be renamed XTEND AI Robotics, will trade under the ticker XTND following an expected mid-2026 closing.
XTEND, co-founded and led by Israeli CEO Aviv Shapira, brings battlefield-tested autonomous systems built on its proprietary XOS platform.
